Looking for a job can be a stressful and time-consuming process. Registering with agencies, applying for jobs (some of which may not actually exist), waiting to hear about your application, interviews, second interviews, rejections - it’s a wonder any of us bother at all. Fortunately, Star Candidate’s unique approach to the recruitment process should change all that forever.

Star Candidate is different for a number of reasons. First off, unlike some agencies, we never advertise jobs that we haven’t actually got, just to try and tempt you into giving us your CV. However, if you do decide to send us your résumé, we’ll do everything we can to find you your next role.

Once we’ve found a position that might interest you, we’ll email or text you the employer profile and, if the job still appeals, we’ll conduct a half hour video recorded interview with you. This is then edited down to three to five minutes and made available for the employer to view as an online podcast. Far less stressful than traditional first round interviews, this revolutionary approach also means you no longer have to spend hours visiting different employers face-to-face, as we can reuse your podcast at any time. If you are offered the role - and our excellent success rate suggests that there’s a good chance you will be - then that’s great. If not, we will give you honest feedback as to why.
