Online Demo/Interview
Once we've found a suitable vacancy for you, we'll want to interview you and video record it. This happens in a controlled environment
and normally takes about 30 to 40 minutes.
We'll give you specific questions prior to the interview - mostly requested by the prospective employer - allowing you plenty of time to
formulate your answers in a natural and composed way. We're not looking for Oscar-winning performances, just a more relaxed you,
calmly proving why you're a star candidate without the pressure of a prospective employer picking up on any stumbles or pauses.
The full interview is edited down into a 3-5 minute video podcast, which will be viewed online by the prospective employer.
On its own your CV could spend days on an employer's desk, but when sent in conjunction with a video podcast your application will usually
be reacted to immediately, with face-to-face interviews invariably set up within 24 hours of the podcast being viewed.
