Here’s an example of the kind of edited, three to five minute interviews you can expect to view as a client of Star Candidate. Designed to give a much clearer insight into the suitability of a candidate than just a CV (although we will provide that too), the podcast is something you can share with colleagues and rewatch as often as you like.

When you’ve seen enough, you can add the candidate to a shortlist for face-to-face interview, or send us feedback on them. The entire process could take as little as five minutes.
